The one-bedroom apartment with loft is located in Sannicola, it is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, microwave, electric oven etc.

The entrance is into a modern living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed, open kitchen, table and chairs for dining. On the mezzanine is 1 double bed.
The house is completed by 1 large shower room and a small outdoor space at the back, exclusive to the house.
