I spent eight days here solo and was sad to leave. It had become very homey as I'd gotten to know the surrounding neighborhoods. Small, simple, safe/clean... I will happily stay here again!

Defenitively the best place in Sanremo, the place was more than what I expected and the staff was very helpful and acomodating. Acess to the property was very easy also, and the location is prime, where restaurants and bars are located! I highly recommend

Located in the heart of Sanremo, but very quiet. Clean rooms, at a fair price, with an easy electronic check-in and codes to enter the property. We liked the availability of a fridge, water, coffee and tea. During a very hot summer, the air conditioner was outstanding.

Excellent value for money USD $54.00

Booked the room at the last minute due to train timing. The host sent me all info less than 10’ after by WhatsApp and gave me all info to arrive at destination. I did not request their help for lifting my luggage to the 3rd floor but if I knew it was a real 3rd floor I would definitely asked for their help. The room was small as mentioned in other comment however very neat and all amenities were available. The only thing I would say is bird noise in the hall that started at night until I get up…

Beautiful, modern, clean in the CENTER of it all.

This is the second stay for my husband and I at Emily Rooms. The room is so clean and nice. Very small but perfect if you plan on exploring the city and just need a lovely place to sleep and shower. I love the added touch of espresso maker and water cooler in the common area. Something to note; they use a super cool cellular door opening service that is activated when you call a certain number with your phone. So if you don't have cell service while traveling just let them know and they can give you a key to open the front door instead.

Great location. Very central. Nice clean recently refurbished property but Nota bene, Third floor, no lift and no parking ! We spent 45 mins parking the car where they recommended then walked with our suitcases about 10 mins to the accommodation. Upon arrival you are not met or greeted by anyone. You literally just get a message with instructions. So you are given a code to let Yr self in the main door and your room door after having to go up three levels to get to Emily’s rooms. A coffee machine in the communal area that didn’t work and a jar of biscuits on the side and milk in the fridge. That’s it! In my opinion it was very poor value for money as nearby hotels 3 /4 star were cheaper. I didn’t see these till after I booked the accommodation as I was looking for something with parking but could have gone somewhere better. I Felt very ripped off.

Avantages : tres centrale, propre. Points fiables : 3ème etage sans ascensur et le code pour le portail recu via whatsapp bloqué. J'ai attendu un petit quart d'heure avant d'etre rappelé par l'hote, qui a réactivé le code.Peut etre il faudrait laisser dans la chambre la cles du portail.
