The accommodation is located on the second floor with elevator of a large condominium complex, in a fenced area surrounded by a pine forest; away from the noise of the street, but close to all main services and the sea.

The interior of the apartment consists of a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a classic two-seater sofa and a flat-screen smart TV. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first with a queen-size bed and the second with two single beds. Finally, an independent kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

In the province of Imperia, San Remo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori, and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of some merit, created with both typical plants and exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, the Cathedral of San Siro, San Remo's oldest religious building, the Russian Church, among the city's most famous symbols, and the Baroque-style Madonna della Costa Sanctuary are not to be missed.
