Just in front of the house is the public beach 3 Ponti, equipped with a bar and beach volleyball court. It can be accessed (2 minutes walking) directly by crossing the street and descending the stairs that lead to the waterfront promenade (and bike path) that was built in place of the former railroad track and stretches across the entire bay of San Remo.

The promenade - bike path is perfect for those who want to jog, take a bike ride, or walk to the center - port of San Remo (about 10 minutes by bike and 30 minutes on foot).

There are also 2 equipped private beaches within walking distance of the apartment, including the "Bagni Azzurri" also equipped with an a la carte restaurant, and the "Cubo" a little kiosk (home of surfers), practically on the water, for an easy lunch or aperitif.

Instead, for a sunset aperitif with a view of the entire bay of San Remo, I recommend "La Vesca" about a 10-minute walk from the apartment along the promenade towards Arma di Taggia (on the left looking at the sea).
