Modern villa for 9 people in the picturesque hills on the outskirts of Barcelona, just 8 km from the beach.



Located within an urban style, this villa is found in the rural Catalan area where all the comforts of home and technology blend with the tranquillity of the Spanish mountains.



Contemplate the majestic sunrise from the shaded patio area and enjoy the views from your private saltwater pool (5.5m x 10.5m with a depth range of 0m to 1.6m), which is surrounded by a fence. The spacious 250 square metre terrace is equipped with sun loungers, hammocks and barbecues from which you can cook Spanish delicacies.



Within the villa, you will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Enjoy the sun in a dining room with television and DVD.



Four bedrooms welcome 9 people with the following arrangement:



GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor also has a bathroom in the hallway.

Amazing stay

Amazing view ! Overall the villa was clean and very well equipped. I would 100% recommend to stay there. By the way Catalunya Casas' team was on top ! Very easy to reach them, and quick answers. Adding some pictures of the sea view would be an interesting feature.

We had a brilliant time at Villa Mestral, the villa is exceptional. Unfortunately the weather was not great when we were there but this meant we got to make use of the villas facilities. I would recommend anyone booking here to rent a car as it at least 1hr walk to the nearest town and taxis are not in abundance. Check in was easy and efficient. I would recommend any groups/families to stay here if you want some quiet, relaxation in a beautiful setting.

We had a brilliant time at Villa Mestral, the villa is exceptional. Unfortunately the weather was not great when we were there but this meant we got to make use of the villas facilities. We booked this villa for a weekend away, to relax and enjoy time with friends and it couldn't have been a better location. Nestled in the mountains above Sant Pol de Mar overlooking the sea, it's a very picturesque setting. The house is large, full of natural light, with a beautiful pool/bbq area as well as two terraces. Plenty of space both outdoors and inside for relaxing, cooking meals and enjoying good weather. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, a very clean and modern property.

Amazing place. The house was pure luxury. Allthough there was a couple of issues. No bedlinnen was to be found anywhere in the house even though I payed 30 euros for it. So we needed to go to Calella to buy our own. There was ants in every room of the house. And lots of them. Maybe you should consider ant trapspoison to make Them stay out of the house. There was a lot of dirty dishes, pans in the dishwasher. It had not been run when we arrived. Pool light didnt work. The bathroom floors had an angle so that the water ran out of the shower and made the whole bathrooms wet. Im mentioning this as a tip for the owner as water can make huge damage in the long run. In the description it was said "a few kilometers from the beach" Reality was 17 km from the beach. In my opinion its not really accurate to write "a few". There was no equipment for cleaning the dishes, whiping table surfaces etc. We needed to buy that ourselves Other than that it was amazing. Amazing view, awesome kitchen, amazing rooms. In general really Nice but also with some issues as mentioned. La casa ha cumplido nuestras expectativas, habitaciones cómodas, espaciosas, casa totalmente equipadas, hemos disfrutado mucho con las zonas de terraza. Aunque cabe mencionar que la casa no se encontraba en perfectas condiciones de limpieza a nuestra llegada, muchas cosas no estaban limpias como cojines del sofa, fundas de sillas y rellenos de fundas nórdicas. Me gustaría haceros esta recomendación ya que las condiciones de limpieza son muy importantes para los huéspedes y debería estar en perfectas condiciones. La villa muy cómoda te sientes como en casa , te ayudan en todo puedes llamar y te resuelven cualquier problema con la reserva han sido muy comprensivos y no ha habido ninguna complicación lo hemos pasado muy bien la piscina muy cómoda , lo único malo que los mandos no tenían pilas 😂 y que la casa tenía cosas en un estado no tan perfecto pero se sentía como en casa e ibas más cómodo , todo bien ,en la habitación suite no salía agua caliente solo eso pero el agua está buena , recomiendo la casa

PRO - Sehr guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter - Super Abwicklung der Schlüssel Übergabe usw. - Tolle Villa mit sehr viel Platz, super Pool und Einrichtung. - Grosser Kühlschrank - atemberaubende Aussicht, mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar KONTRA - Alte Bilder im Internet, es fehlen der Pavillon und das Sofa auf der Terrasse, kein Tischkicker im Kinderzimmer wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. - Einige Sicherheits Mängel innen und aussen. Morsche Geländer Balken, die eigentlich zum absichern der Abgründe dienen. Loser Deckel im Pool, man kann mit dem Fuss dort stecken bleiben, Handlauf im Pool abgebrochen usw.

Tolle Villa - leider mit Mängeln

Hallo, wir waren mit 5 Personen ( 50 / 36 / 17 / 13 / 5 Jahre ) Ende Juli 2020 in der Villa Mestral. Hier unsere Erfahrungen. PRO - Sehr guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter - Super Abwicklung der Schlüssel Übergabe usw. - Tolle Villa mit sehr viel Platz, super Pool und Einrichtung. - Grosser Kühlschrank - atemberaubende Aussicht, mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar KONTRA - Alte Bilder im Internet, es fehlen der Pavillon und das Sofa auf der Terrasse, kein Tischkicker im Kinderzimmer wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. - Einige Sicherheits-Mängel innen und außen. Morsche Geländer Balken, die eigentlich zum absichern der Abgründe dienen. Loser Deckel im Pool, man kann mit dem Fuss dort stecken bleiben, Handlauf im Pool abgebrochen usw. - Dann noch viele einzelne Sachen, wie fehlende Spots in der Deckenbeleuchtung, fehlende Stuhlbezüge, defekter Staubsauger, Türen die nicht zugehen, weil die verzogen sind, Terrassentüren die man nicht aufmachen kann, TV kann erst angeschaltet werden, indem man ihn durch das Zimmer fährt und nach Steckdosen sucht, KEIN deutsches TV Programm. Kaputte Liegen am Pool... - Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass wir tagelang sporadisch kein Wasser hatten ! Außerdem funktionierte die Waschmaschine tagelang nicht, das war ein Problem, da wir dementsprechend nur wenig Wäsche für uns eingepackt hatten, da ja eine Waschmaschine vor Ort sein sollte. Gerade mit Kindern ein großes Problem ! Ich habe fast jeden Tag eine oder mehrere Nachrichten an den support schreiben müssen, der hat auch schnell darauf reagiert, jedoch ist das nicht gerade super, wenn man eigentlich entspannen will und andauernd Bilder und Auflistungen von Störungen dem Support mitteilen muss. Erst die letzten Tage waren dann entspannend und ohne weitere Störungen von uns genießbar. Fazit : Sehr schöne Finca, jedoch mit einigen (auch gefährlichen) technischen und optischen Mängel. Die Bilder in den Angeboten sollten unbedingt erneuert werden ! Hätte gerne Bilder mit angefügt, aber das geht ja leider nicht. Trotz allem, würden wir die Finca immer wieder buchen, sofern die Mängel dann beseitigt wurden. DieLandis

Haus mit schönem Pool und tollem Meerblick

Insgesamt sehr schönes Haus zum Entspannen mit tollem Ausblick. Leider ließen sich die großen Terassentüren nicht öffnen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Gute Lage für Ausflüge zu den schönen Stränden in der Umgebung und nach Barcelona. Gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern im mittleren Alter. Unkomplizierte Übernahme und Übergabe. Auf Hinweise an die Hausverwaltung wurde schnell reagiert. Wir hatten insgesamt sehr schöne und entspannte zwei Wochen.

Was a lovely home and pool. Location means a car is required but views over mountain and sea are spectacular. Bit annoying to be asked to pay extra for check in before 5pm and for towels/bedding but overall a great villa.

Gäste ist mit 9 angegeben und richtet sich nach der Anzahl der möglichen Betten. Entspannt sitzen können nur 6. Wir waren zu 7. Hatten einen Stuhl von der Terrasse nach innen gestellt. Nummer 7 hatte am Tisch keine Möglichkeit mehr die Beine unterzustellen. Das war auf den Bildern aber so schon vorher sichtbar und hat uns nicht überrascht. Den Pavilion auf der Terrasse gibt es leider nicht mehr. Sehr schade. Deswegen 1 Punkt Abzug, auch wegen folgendem Punkt. Die großen Schiebetüren Richtung Terrasse waren während unseres Urlaubs leider nicht funktionstüchtig. Schade. Sollte mittlerweile aber repariert sein. Wir haben Bescheid gesagt. Der Hausmeister kam schnell und hat sich die Sache angesehen und wohl Ersatzteile bestellt. Es gibt im Juni viele Schnaken. Vor dem Schlafengehen lohnt sich ein genauer Blick an Wand und Decke, dann ist die Nachtruhe gesichert. Von Hundegebell am Morgen sollte man sich nicht stören lassen. Mailkontakt zu Catalunya Casa ist sehr gut. Immer schnelle Antwort und sehr freundlich. Sie sind sehr bemüht. Die Einfahrt ist sehr, sehr steil. Das sollte man berücksichtigen. Wir haben uns den vorderen und hinteren Schweller beim Hochfahren beschädigt (SEAT Alhambra). Wir mussten unser Auto unten an der Straße entladen und dann erst hochfahren. Hätten wir vorher wissen sollen. Der Pool wurde öfters gereinigt. Im Juni war er noch sehr kalt. Wir waren nur zweimal drin. Zum Planschen gut. Zum Bahnenschwimmen zu klein. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (bis 1,5h Fahrt).
