Charming apartment in the city center, with air conditioning, located just 150 m from the beach. It has all kinds of amenities to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on the Costa Brava. Very close by there are all kinds of establishments such as restaurants and shops of all kinds that will take you to an unparalleled experience. The accommodation is located in an idyllic setting with easy access to the main coves and beaches in the area.
Its location so close to the Passeig del Mar and next to the best area of the beach is the best place in the city since it is just a minute from the market, the sea and the best shopping and restaurants.
The accommodation has just been completely renovated and the decoration is contemporary and with warm lines. Upon entering we find a dining room with open kitchen, air conditioning, good windows and brightness, and generous space for the 3 people who can stay there. The air conditioning is located in such a way that it cools the entire accommodation in the best possible way. On the same floor we find the bathroom, the main bedroom with a 1'60 cm bed and a bedroom with a single bed. From the living room there is access to the loft where we find a work, reading and rest area ... a multifunctional space.
The apartment also has an extensive list of services and amenities where we can highlight:
- Air conditioning in the dining room and living room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Ceiling and floor fans
- Nice windows
- Wifi
