It is located in an idyllic setting on a street with little traffic and has easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, with the nearest beach only 4 km away

When we enter the property we immediately see the terrace, with furniture where we can have a good meal in the shade of the awning, and the chill-out area with views of the mountain and the pool. When we enter the accommodation we find a large room with kitchen, dining room, living room and large openings with views of the Valley and the Serralada de les Comes. On the same floor we find a pantry, the laundry room and a toilet. Going upstairs we have 4 bedrooms (two of them suites with 1.80m beds and two with single beds) and a third shared bathroom. There are three bedrooms with air conditioning and one with a ceiling fan. From this level we also have an exit to the outside of the house. From the lower terrace there is access to the pool by the garden stairs
