You will be amazed by this incredible newly renovated duplex, located in the heart of the urban center, for its brightness, comfort, and meticulous decoration. It combines old details preserved from the original property with modern elements, creating a unique, balanced, and very special atmosphere.

It is located just a minute's walk from the beach, and also steps away from shops, restaurants, and other services, as well as the market square and the main avenue. Ideal for walking everywhere and forgetting about the car. However, despite its central location, the apartment is quiet thanks to its aluminum windows with double glazing, which provide excellent insulation from possible external noise.

The duplex is divided as follows: on the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen integrated into a single space, where the 4 windows and high ceilings give a feeling of space and brightness to the room. Also on this floor are a guest bathroom, a double bedroom, and a laundry and storage room. From here, you access the second floor via the internal staircase, which consists of a room with a trundle bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Great accommodation in a central location

The place was exactly like the pictures. Excellent. Situated in the centre of town. Perfect week. Parking is difficult. It’s a pedestrian area but you can get a car close to drop off suitcases. There’s free street parking but it’s a 5 or 10 minute walk away.
