Located in Sant Joan les Fonts, within the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park, Cargol de Mas Violella is a welcoming and authentic 100 m² country house, perfect for 4 to 6 guests.
The house features three double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and an extra toilet. Amenities include TV, heating, and soon-to-be-installed air conditioning. The living space is on the same level as the main porch and garden, making it especially convenient for enjoying outdoor meals when the weather is nice.
The main highlight is the 5,000 m² fenced garden with lawn, trees, and a unique pool. There are barbecues, several shaded relaxation areas, and an agility park for pets. The garden is shared with few guests, as the property has limited capacity and two levels with separate outdoor areas.
Parking is available on the property. There’s a games room with a billiard table, and pets are welcome. The nearest village is just 2 km away, with easy access and excellent connections.
The house can be internally connected to a similar accommodation upstairs (Granota) for groups of more than 7. Together, Cargol and Granota can host up to 12 or 13 guests.
