Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren, sehr netter Besitzer

Pros: Großes Haus und großer Garten, netter Besitzer mit guten Tipps, Pool kalt aber gut Cons: Bei großer Hitze wären Ventilatoren gut, Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen
