Dining room-living room with sofa bed (1 x 90) and reversible air conditioning (system Split), separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms: 1 bed x 1.50 + bunk bed (2 x 90) + 1 bed x 90, bathroom with shower. Terrassa of 25 m² with exterior furniture, views in the fields and sea. Wifi, reversible air conditioning in the dining room and one in one of the bedrooms (Split System). Very situated just 1 km from the beach Amphora, where you can sunbathe and enjoy nautical activities such as windsurfing. Near the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, a nature reserve in which you can escape, rest in nature. The rental price includes cleaning at the end of your stay, as well as sheets and towels Groups under 25 are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.

Rather small apartment with a beautiful view of the bay of Roses. Well refurbished but you have to like the colours applied. Small kitchen but well equipped, though boiler and fridge can be quite noisy. Small bathroom with a somewhat difficult to enter shower. Living room with a large couch and an eating corner. Master bedroom with a large comfortable bed and cupboard. Heating works with a heat pump and just enough to keep living room warm (in January), but not hallway/kitchen/bathroom. With strong winds it can be quite noisy (8th floor). Very friendly owner who provides all the help you need, but speaks only Spanish. The building itself and the parking space is in a bit of deplorable state. The views from the apartment make up for that.
