Apartment with free parking only 50m beach:
The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the first floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Excellent location if you want to relax in a small town away from tourist crowds.The balcony is perfect to have breakfast or dinner and the flat is well equipped with all the items needed for cooking or dining.The communication with the host was very good with quick response times.

Tolles kleines Apartment in Strandnähe, ein großer wunderschöner Sandstrand. Alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt ist im Apartment vorhanden, lediglich ein Wasserkocher wäre noch praktisch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und ist sauber. Check-in und check-out verlief super, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber - sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch mit Hund war alles kein Problem - wir würden wieder kommen! :)
