The apartment of 65m2 is in the center of Sant Pol de Mar only 2min from the beach and train station, 50km from Barcelona and 65km from the Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the second floor with an elevator and views of the beautiful Plaza del Tint from the terrace equipped with outdoor furniture. It has a large communal area on the rooftop with a swimming pool, hammocks for sunbathing and a chill out area. The three bedroom have a double bed and 4 singled trundle beds. There are two complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and free private parking space. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. The documentation will be requested at the check in. The minimum stay is 32 nights. We will be at your disposal almost 24 hours a day for anything you may need during your stay.
