La casa si trova in una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere anche altre spiagge come Portu Tramatzu a Teulada, la bellissima spiaggia di Tuerredda, Chia e poi dall'altra parte sì può raggiungere Sant'Antioco e altre bellissime spiagge
