Villa degli Scoiattoli is a beautiful estate nestled in the green countryside of the Marche region, a lovely place to spend your vacation just minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea.
The villa is a characteristic farmhouse typical of the area, equipped with swimming pool with solarium, large equipped outdoor spaces, barbecue, children`s playground, outdoor shower, fresh and fragrant pine forest.
In addition to airconditioning and heating for the winter months, the villa is equipped with washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV, bookcase, etc.

The
beautiful Villa degli Scoiattoli is a relaxing and welcoming place, a
characteristic farmhouse nestled in the green pine forest in the Marche
countryside.
The garden covers an acre of land and has tall poplar trees that provide shade and oxygen during the hottest hours of summer.
The
large swimming pool with solarium is ideal for spending pleasant days
of relaxation and fun; it is completely fenced and secured.
Many equipped corners: in the shade, with games for children, with barbecue etc.
The villa is spread over several levels. On the ground floor are the living room with sofas, the spacious, well-equipped eat-in kitchen and a service bathroom.
On the second floor, on different levels, there are 5 bedrooms,
all with curtains and tastefully furnished. There are 2 double and 2
twin rooms with beds that can be joined, if necessary, all
air-conditioned. On the top level is 1 twin room with bunk beds and en
suite shower room.

Villa
degli Scoiattoli is a large property just minutes from the beaches,
promising peaceful stays in nature, days to spend with family or friends
in the countryside of Sant`Elpidio a Mare.
The town center can be reached by car in about 7 km. Also very close are Porto Sant`Elpidio (6 km) and Civitanova Marche (10 km), as well as the town of Fermo just 12 km away.
The nearest beaches are those of the Marche`s Adriatic coast.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It is not possible to use the fireplace.
