The mansion has a swimming pool for its guests. The cosy town Sant'Omera is 800 m away from the apartment. There are several restaurants at 1 km where you can taste mouth-drooling food. You can suffice your needs from the general supply stores located 1.5 km away. The area is suitable for hiking and cycling. Even with the various nature parks are very worthwhile. The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a lovely peaceful place. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave and fridge. There is a balcony/terrace where you can barbecue and have fun. There is a garden to wander and breathe fresh air. You can keep yourself entertained indoors playing table tennis or you can take the bicycle and explore areas nearby. Pescara Airport is the nearest and is 50 km away.
