Good stay in Santa Ana.

Overall good stay, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was a large roach that fell over the bed at night. We informed the staff and they cleaned up the following day.

The hotel is in excellent conditions! Very clean, the rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable, there’s a pool and nice sitting areas to enjoy the view of the mountains. It’s a bit noisy at night w the trucks passing by but if you’re on that side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and the ladies are very nice. Definitely will stay here again.

C’était mon deuxième séjour à cet hôtel, le premier il y a environ un an. J’y suis retournée car il est bien situé et à distance de marche des attractions. Plusieurs petits détails qui pourraient être améliorés pour un hôtel de ce prix. Par exemple, l’Internet fonctionne lentement et quelque fois pas du tout. C’était la même chose l’année dernière, je l’avais mentionné à la réception, laisser un commentaire à cet effet et rien n’a changé. Aucun tapis en sortant de la douche, seulement un tapis de plastique qui ne retient pas du tout l’eau et le plancher de céramique de la salle de bain est hyper glissant. La porte de la salle de bain qui ne reste pas ouverte elle se referme constamment sur nous lorsqu’on est au lavabo. Un mini-réfrigérateur serait bienvenu. Les déjeuners inclus sont très bons. Les gens de la réception sont très sympathiques. Comme mentionné, j’y suis retournée principalement pour sa situation mais si un autre hôtel comparable a distance de marche du centre-ville était disponible j’irais à un autre.

This is a very modern and clean hotel with good parking. Everybody was very nice and the hotel is very new and modern. The only negative thing is that the street is very busy and loud and the windows are not well insulated so when you have a room toward the street, it gets pretty loud. They have a small pool and a nice breakfast is included. We liked that the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away from the Cathedral and main plaza. Except for the noise level in our room, the hotel has one of the best standard we have seen in El Salvador.

The staff are nice. The lobby is decorated warm and cozy. The hotel room is the complete opposite. It is dark and the walls are grey and gave prison vibes. The entire time the wifi was not working and we had the switch rooms because our original room was too far to connect. We switched rooms but again the wifi wouldn’t work somedays. DO NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST. It is awful, poor quality and is all microwaved. As we were sitting, waiting for breakfast, we can see and hear all the food being microwaved. It looked and tasted horrendous. The hotel is right by the street so you hear all the traffic and cars honking. Truthfully go anywhere but here.

I place great value both on cleanliness and on the staff’s friendliness and competence. Hotel Remfort is absolutely excellent on these terms. All three of the front-desk workers whom I encountered during my 2-night stay were very friendly, highly competent, and knowledgeable about Santa Ana. This boutique hotel is sleek and stylish and is an ideal walking distance from the central square. I am already wanting to return to this hotel — and the lovely small city of Santa Ana — as soon as I am able to! Thank you, Hotel Remfort!
