Very quiet and clean! The court yard areas were lovely. Although the pool and hot tubs in our court yard were not operational, the ones in the other area were. If I'm traveling here, i'd check this property first. Highly recommend!

Thin walls, noisy neighbors, air conditioning bad

Air conditioner panel was extremely noisy and it blows directly into the bed(s). Hard time controlling the air conditioning panel other than to shut it down. The hotel rooms have very thin walls. Next door had loud people talking loudly all evening. We could hear every word. Couldn't get any rest.

What could happen next…

1) one of our family Members who is permanently disabled and booked a ADA room for two nights but was told they don’t have those rooms!? Unfortunately due to the wedding we were already there and no time to find another hotel when most of the wedding party was staying here! 2) our room was nice..but when they cleaned it everytime we walked water/ bubbles would come through the tile floor . Had to use numerous towels to clean it up . Other rooms were not ready since we had a wedding to get to at 3pm 3) Then the front desk didn’t close off our room when we booked.. and guess what.. another couple was given a key to our room and walked right in…. Wasn’t their fault But we were all caught off guard. 4) The lovely smell of weed and construction going off the following morning was so delightful. The rooms are very nice love the balconies Front desk was polite and friendly and I understand it’s not their fault but still what an experience But in the end the wedding was beautiful

The hotel room was clean and spacious, which was nice—but the real highlight was the wonderful staff. The front desk staff (whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t catch) was incredibly kind. My daughter had her monthly thing come unexpectedly early, and we didn’t have anything on hand. Hoping the hotel might sell what we needed, I went down to the front desk. She could have just directed me to the Target a block away (which she did), but before that, without hesitation, she gave us one of her own to use right away. This might not seem like a big deal—especially to you gentlemen—but it truly helped us in that moment. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be staying here again for my daughter’s school event!

I can't comment on the pool and gardens because i didn't use them. But I'm very disappointed to have arrived and found that they "oversold" the double queen rooms and my reservation was no longer available. I had confirmed my reservation the day before, and arrived at 3:30 to check in. Its not like i arrived late at night. So i and my husband and our two teens are in a room with a king size bed and incredibly uncomfortable fold out sofa. The front desk staff did nothing to try and correct the situation. I'm glad we're only here for one night. I definitely will not be back.
