We were greeted with the most welcoming front desk, our door was wrapped in Christmas ribbons, the room was adorable, we were served hot chocolate chip cookies, and crossed the street for a walk on the beach! What could be better? We'll definitely be coming back!

Madeline at front desk was awesome! We are celebrating our anniversary and she brought over champagne. Property is in a great location, across street in the coast. Room was fantastic, we were in #4. Our room had a very private patio and a kitchen. Absolutely a do over

Room was clean, modern, cozy and updated. This was a basic hotel/motel situation but with an elevated experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and you are greeted with a glass of wine and freshly baked cookies. The property is an old 60s like apartment building with a pool in the center. I did not use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. I stayed in an overnight business trip and I was comfortable, cozy and felt safe as a woman traveling alone. The entire property was quiet and within close walking distance to the beach. A quick drive to restaurants and State street. Parking convenience is a huge plus. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Barbara, the room was comfortable and clean. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly. I enjoyed a nightly glass or 2 of wine, compliments of the front desk. I was hoping for a fireplace as I thought the room I was booking came with one but unfortunately, it didn’t have one. The kitchen was a great bonus and was stocked with tea, coffee and water.
