Major disappointment. Nobody saving hard-earned money for a cosy Santa Barbara vacation should be misled into this glorified motel. The rooms like any motel, cleaning is summary at best, breakfast is limited to the bare minimum and the exact same everyday, and the swimming pool / gym are so gloomy that no one wants to use it. This stay was the worst part of our four-day stay. Good points: Parking is easy, and they provide free bikes

Overall was a positive experience. Walkable to the beach and state street. Bike service as well if you didn’t want to drive or walk. Clean room and great size for a family of 3.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely comfortable. The room and premises were very clean. There wasn't anything we lacked during our stay. The continental breakfast was plentiful as well as healthy. It gave us a great start on our day. There are complimentary bikes. We rode them all around the beach area. It was a splendid time, well spent at the Brisas del Mar hotel. Most memorable were the smiles we received from the employees. Good people work here. Will we book again at this hotel? I certainly hope so.

The place was nice, but not what I expected- it’s a motel and none of the photos really showed that-they’re a little misleading-not sure they represent the property as is-but the amenities were nice and we had a nice stay.
