## Space

Immaculately renovated downstairs studio with its own exterior access in a multi-unit building only two blocks from downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning communal rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm.

This 278 sqft queen-bed unit is ideal for 2 guests and has a 55", flat-screen Sony Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features (no cable TV) and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with an ADA shower and kitchenette with a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave complete this stay in Santa Barbara. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per stay. We ask not to leave pets unattended in the suite. Studio units include remote controlled skylights to ensure full room darkness.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.

We do not provide daily cleaning, however we are happy to refresh rooms for stays longer than 5 days, upon appointment. Please reach out to our hospitality team to switch out towels or request extra supplies.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):

Casa De La Vina offers free guest parking in its private parking lot and additional parking spots in the covered garage on the right side of the building. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.


## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds are available up to 24 hours in advance. A 4% credit card charge is assessed for cancellations made through direct sites and VRBO.

BEAUTIFUL GET-A-WAY

Great location, biking/walking distance from train to funk zone to State Street. We even biked to the Santa Barbara Bowl for a concert and utilized free bike valet. Great vacation spot!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel within 24 hours of check-in time due to my husband falling ill. The unit looked awesome according to the photos was a newer redo, well-done, very clean, complete, and comfortable. We were disappointed and had to forfeit the payment we had made. Dee was very quick, friendly, and responsive when I texted her, and she made the courtesy of refunding our cleaning deposit, which we appreciated. It just seems that we should receive a credit for another stay of equal value within a certain amount of time. We go to Santa Barbara often, it would be nice.
