Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you brought a pet ( s) make certain to pick up and discard in trash all feces around the fenced property area. $50 charge if we have to do it .
Turn OFF the HVAC unit at the upstairs hallway Thermostat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
