Power outage

Cute hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff at front desk. Everything was perfect except for the power outage. No light. No A/C. Plus we were on second floor. Sweat was running down my face when the power was out. I had to jump in the shower in the dark. The power outage really messed up our trip. We didn’t receive a discount. We were offered a refund if we left but the surrounding areas were all booked. I checked twice. Instead we were given a bottle of wine

Nice cute hotel

Conveniently located at the entrance of downtown Solvang, the famous Paula’s pancake house and Olsen Bakery right across the street from our hotel room. I’m so glad I’ve chosen this little place to overnight while on our way to Santa Barbara, we’ll definitely be back.

Arrived, room was upstairs and very small. No customer service just a code to check in sent on my phone. Room was extremely hot and hardly any toliet paper, also no ice machine. Pretty disappointed
