Great location!

Had a great stay for our anniversary. They were kind to give us a free upgrade and the room was very spacious and clean. I didn’t find the bed and pillows to be the most comfortable but I also recognize I am very selective about my pillows. Lol The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect, walkable to everything we wanted! The only downside which didn’t bother us too much but I could see it bothering others, was the bar downstairs/next-door which is very loud.

I loved this hotel and looking forward to staying here again. The new remodel is beautiful, close to dining, shopping and the beach. Hotel has the most amazing smell as soon as you walk in. Friendly and nice staff.

Small two bedroom felt tight. Bathroom did not like the most , When I showered it was wet all over the floor because it was a 1/2 shower.I don't like those type of bathrooms and I wish I had known when I booked the hotel.I would have never stayed there

Absolutely lovely, newly renovated, and in a great location. Our room was small and had little space to put suitcases or personal items, but it was beautifully decorated and very quiet. Note the hotel's policy is that guests have to request housekeeping each day they would like it. Valet parking seemed expensive at $30/day but we did some research and discovered that is the same rate that the city charges for overnight parking in public lots, so it was fine. (Street parking is not really a reliable option in that part of the city.) We loved the location right on State Street.

Old Santa Barbara Charm

Stayed for the weekend. Rooms are small. But updated, and very nice. The elevator is old, charming, and slow. The doors to rooms close heavily so it does get loud. Besides that, we would stay here again!
