Clean room. Front desk staff was nice. Wasn’t expecting the parking fees but that’s ok. I guess it’s normal nowadays. Not sure why check in times is so late now. Overall very quiet and clean . Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend and it’s was wonderful experience. The room was clean and cozy . They have bars and all other facilities inside and absolutely worth to stay!

My family stayed here for a birthday weekend in Santa Barbara. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We received 2 free alcoholic drinks at check in and the lobby was always stocked with fresh coffee and cookies. The hotel location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and Stearns Wharf. We would definitely stay here again.

This was truly one of our most enjoyable stays in Santa Barbara. The hotel offered a very tranquil and convenient location, with easy access to various dining options. The in-room amenities were exceptional, and we appreciated that everything was newly remodeled. The beds were both clean and comfortable. Overall, this provided a wonderful setting for creating cherished family memories.

My stay at Mason Beach Inn was mixed. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and there was no issue at all with self-parking. The front desk staff were polite and professional during check-in, which gave a good first impression. Unfortunately, the experience declined at checkout — the housekeeping staff were rude and made comments in Spanish while laughing as we walked past, which felt very disrespectful. The hotel also promotes a quiet-time policy, yet around 2 a.m., a group of guests returned and were extremely noisy for an hour, moving in and out of their rooms. Overall, while the rooms and facilities were fine, the lack of respect from some staff and noisey guests made the stay unpleasant. Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again.
