Check in was quick, but we did arrive almost at midnight so that was expected. On our second day, the key didn’t work. We went down to the lobby and 2 other people were there for the exact same problem. I thought that was odd. All 3 of us waited there until the guy at the front desk returned. He said he was away getting towels. The room was hot on both days and the thermostat could not be adjusted. Upon check out, the man behind the desk was on the phone and motioned to me to give him my key. He continued to talk on the phone then said to me, “you’re good.” I asked if I could get a receipt. He continued to talk on the phone as he attempted to print my receipt. Then, he looked up to say I booked through Expedia so my receipt would be emailed and continued to talk on the phone. He never bothered to ask if everything was okay, so I had to resort to writing my review here to say that in addition to what was stated above, there was also a roach in the shower, a smell of sewer in the bathroom, and left over ice in the mini fridge.
