Absolutely terrible dirty running water parking lot activities from afternoon eving then every hour from 8 pm till about 4:30 am cars coming going spacious elegal activities never go there again bed sheets looked as if they had not been charged for days towels dirty not even washed discussing about 7 people living in there cars in the parking lot fixing all day an night blaring there music as if nobody exists they own an control all that goes on there ...

The person who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. He was also nice when we asked for shampoo (our room didn't have any) and extra washcloths. However, the property is VERY rundown. The tub/shower unkept (mold around the faucet). The towels were very thin and smaller than regular bathtowels. One towel had bright pink stains as well as some splotchy brownish stains. The toilet didn't flush completely and when we let the front desk (different person than the one who checked in) know, no apology, nothing, just "I'll let them know." The photos make this place look a lot better than it really is. We will not stay here again.

Good value for money. Easy checkin, friendly stuff clean and comfortable. There are some homeless all across the neighborhood, but that seems to be a problem around the city of Lompoc. The hotel has camera all around.

You would think all motels have ac right? Well not these guys and when you try to call the front desk they put you on an endless hold. Very unprofessional all I wanted was a room with a ac unit or a refund. They continued to leave me on hold so I called corporate because it was a hundred degrees in here. Long story short even corporate couldn’t get ahold of them so they created an incident report and someone should be following up with me in a few days. It sucks because we can’t stay in the room we paid for because it’s to hot. Another business wouldn’t even hesitated to accommodate us not returning here agin

There is a horrible place to stay if you ever have problems there they are not willing to help you resolve them in accommodate you in anyway. I would suggest going to another hotel.

When we first checked in we got put in room 160. Two beds, a tv and a bathroom. No microwave, no fridge, and expected to pay more to "upgrade" to a room with proper amenities. Lots of very sketchy, noisy, and downright thuggish looking vagrants where prowling the parking lot all night long, knocking on doors, trying to get you to open it. The only saving grace of this crap hole hotel is that the woman at the front desk was very kind and understanding. DO NOT GO HERE. VERY UNSAFE. If i could demand my money back i would, that is how horrible this place is!

Monica and ceselia at the front desk are by far the most efficient and helpful employees @ any of the motels I’ve stayed in by far. The professionalism and hospitality is impeccable! Also the African American gentlemen that I’ve only seen recently should be praised for being so helpful and quick with his dealings with customers and had an awesome experience with guest services from him I wish I could remember his name but hopefully he’s commended and all 3 rewarded for their hard work as I witnessed difficult customers with issues and they’ve resolved them with the upmost Respect and diligence I’ve seen thus far!! The 5 star ratings was given as a result of those employees doing above And beyond their job description. My compliant is that the water is horrible

The pictures depicted of the rooms are different from reality. Our bedsheets had not been changed - they had dog hair and dirty scuff marks. The pillows were yellow and stained. The bathroom was not clean and it sounded like the walls did not even exist with all the noise. If possible, avoid staying here.

This motel has its reputations but overall a better price and better now than in past than many lower priced in town. My family and our vehicles safety are of great importance and we feel more comfortable now than years ago staying here. The pool is open everyday, most of the day and maintained which many seem to enjoy and cool off in. When there was a plumbing issue, we were moved right away and to a ground floor which we originally preferred that was not available. Vijay has been very helpful, courteous, and prompt in handling whatever is needed to make our stay more comfortable. He is very professional and very attentive. Multiple people including those not staying here were hanging out and being so loud during the night and keeping us up but Fitter came out even at the late hour and made sure to get them out of here and ensure the guests a more peaceful and quiet night. I have seen both of them walk the property and discuss what needs to be handled. All the service staff have been very great. The maintenance man has been very nice, prompt, and on top of overflowing trash and more. I do wish it was a tad bit less in price, the pool was heated in the later hours, and the housekeeping was more aware of who pays online when checking rooms at checkout. In addition, the hot versus cold is very sensitive when showering but doesn’t go cold. Overall this property has taken a much better turn than in the past years and I do believe Vijay and Fitter are responsible for that.

At time of check out I had to wait 3 hours to get a room which I reserved days before. Room appeared to be clean at first but they’re actually dirty. Doors and walls had stains, floors were dusty. Pictures online make it appear nice and clean but in reality it’s not. I would not recommend this place. Terrible and unclean. They don’t do a good job at deep cleaning the rooms.
