This Montecito home is located in a coveted beachside community surrounded by manicured gardens with tall hedges to maximize your privacy and relaxation.

Step inside the memorable home to be greeted by a rustic handmade river rock fireplace in the Living Room that flows into a bright and fully stocked Kitchen with stainless Wolf appliances. The separate Dining Room with French doors connects to a spacious entertainment deck for dining under the stars. The luxurious three Bedrooms and three Bathrooms are complemented by a converted attic space additional lounge and sleeping space. That's not all - the detached garage is now a game room with a flat-screen television, ping pong table, an EV charging outlet/cable, bicycles, and beach toys to enhance your stay.

This property was great. Location 10/10 - you’re 2 blocks to Miramar beach and close to the Rosewood hotel which we dined at Caruso’s one night - highly recommend!! The property was well equipped with everything you need. It was nice to be able to do laundry as my husband likes to workout on trips and iron shirts for dinner. Kitchen, family room and gardens were a beautiful delight. We loved having coffee outside in the chairs. Also the garage hangout space was great. We rented a Tesla so it was nice that they had an EV charger. We also played ping pong several times and used the bikes to do a great bike ride during sunset to downtown Santa Barbara and butterfly beach. Also the beach chairs and wagon and towels we used for multiple beach days. . We didn’t realize this at the time but some beaches like Butterfly have natural oil deposits that can wash up and stain the bottom of your feat. They had already provided baby oil and makeup wipes outside on the porch. I wondered if a previous guest had left them but later realized they are there to help get off those gnarly stains on the bottom of the feet. We didn’t experience this at Miramar beach, only Butterfly, the outdoor shower was great to have too. No AC but the skylights came in handy for airflow. We loved the property and I’m already dreaming of our next stay.

great location

clean, well maintained, very well thought out, with all the amenities. I have stayed in Montecito for the last three years. So far this has been the best . The only drawback is there is no Air conditioning on the first / main level. Could be an issue during the warmer times of the year. The second floor is very hot and is musty . we did not use the second floor , so for us it was not an ssie.

We love this location because it is within walking distance of the beach and a quick drive to the village shopping. The house is so clean, well-stocked, and charming. There are beautiful gardens and many cozy outdoor spots throughout the yard. We highly recommend it.

We had a great stay it's a perfect beach house walking distance to Miramar beach. The house is clean and beautiful and it looks like a Serena and Lily magazine. The kids enjoyed staying upstairs and the house had everything we needed including boogie boards.

Wedding Weekend Celebration

The house is charming, with exquisite and well maintained gardens. It’s very clean, good water pressure, nice location, comfortable beds, fans in every room, good kitchen appliances, rooms well appointed with linens and towels. Kitchen and bath cabinets are slightly dated but not a problem in any way. May I suggest a small hotel safe in a closet for small valuables? I would gladly stay here again.

Weekend getaway

The property is beautiful. Very stylish decor, super comfortable bedding, and wonderful outdoor spaces. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the outdoor seating area, played ping pong in the afternoon, and walked to the beach. The home is very well appointed, with ample towels, bikes, and a well stocked kitchen. We rented the house with another family and it was a great space for the adults and kids. You can hear the train go by so if you are a very light sleeper it may disturb you. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and perfect location in Montecito

Very put together and comfortable house with emphasis on outdoor spaces and living. Perfect for our family of five. Lots to do for kids - ping pong, hot tub, beach nearby, great large kids bedroom and hang out spot. Location was also a big plus - walk to Miramar and close proximity to coast village road, butterfly beach, and great hiking spots in Montecito and Santa Barbara, etc. We’d love to be back!

Fantastic Property in an Amazing Location

This home is truly one of the better properties we have rented in a very long time. It is so well kept and managed that we will compare it to other properties in the future. Granted the home is older, it is still very charming, very clean and well kept as I mentioned. The property management company was beyond helpful and the concierge service they have partnered with made our trip that much easier. Truly, it was such an enjoyable experience, I would not hesitate to rent here again.

The perfect Cali getaway!

We were a group of girlfriends who came out to celebrate a 40th birthday. This house was absolutely perfect and even better than described. The location was amazing with just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We went to the beach club at Miramar one day for a light lunch and drinks and it was so fun and walkable. Drove to Ojai just 45 minutes away and we were able to get up in the mountains and the drive itself was gorgeous. One morning half the group went down to the beach for a morning walk and the other half went for a hike that was just 10 min away. Easy distance to catch an uber into Santa Barbara and check out funk zone and walking distance to Montecito [we went to Oliver's for dinner and would highly recommend!]. We all said that we wished we had booked longer so we could just enjoy being at the house more. We took advantage of some dips in the hot tub and a glass of wine but if our stay was longer we would have just stayed at the house and taken advantage of the great outdoor set up for dinner and played ping pong in the garage, and used the beach cruisers. We would 100% come back to this house again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
