With unbeatable views of the ocean, waves, mountains and Santa Barbara's famous breakwater, this home is the perfect park-and-walk location. Ledbetter Beach is across the street, five minutes takes you to Shoreline Beach Cafe, and a few steps more you're at the SB Marina and Breakwater, where dining, shopping, ocean sporting (kayaks, SUP, excursions, fishing) and shopping are plentiful. A few more minutes and you're at vibrant State Street and Stearn's Wharf.

When you're at "home", guests will enjoy a hot tub, four spacious bedrooms (two w/en-suite baths) an open and airy kitchen as well as a cleverly arranged living area with electric fireplace and sweeping ocean views.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King Bedroom Suite: sweeping ocean and mountain views, TV, step to ocean-view garden, en-suite bath with shower and tub, washer and dryer.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom: w/TV, step to hall bath with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: King Bedroom: garden views, step to hall bath with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4: Queen Bedroom Suite: garden view, TV, ensuite bath with walk in shower.

Front Garden: complete with outdoor couch, ocean view chaise lounges and a bistro table and chairs for morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Seating in the front garden is unmatched with ocean, mountain, wave and marina views. Your seating is elevated off the sidewalk and privately behind a small hedge and decorative fence. It is not fully gated, but semi-enclosed on three sides.

The back garden is both private and lush. It is fully gated and secure for a pet or little one. The back garden includes outdoor dining for 8, bubbly hot tub, covered lounge area with cozy couch as well as a flagstone firepit and seating for evening activities.

Bathroom 1: En-suite, heated floor, hair dryer, bath robe, washer/dryer, fluffy towels.
Bathroom 2: Hall location convenient to Bedrooms 2 and 3, fluffy towels.
Bathroom 3: En-suite w/large walk-in shower, heated floor, bathrobe, hair dryer, fluffy towels.

Dining Area: Sit and gaze at the ocean while you work, dine, play games or read. Seating for 6-8, additional seating for 3 at kitchen bar.

Kitchen: With everything you'll need for fabricating a feast or sipping simple soup, the kitchen is well stocked with everything from a muffin tin and garlic press to casserole and serving dishes. The kitchen island seats three creating a wonderful opportunity to visit, team-cook or feed little ones with ease.

The home sits on a single level. No stairs inside the home or from the driveway to front door.

Parking: The home's driveway fits 3-4 vehicles, depending on size. Free street parking is also available in front of the home, no time limits.

Pets: flea treated and bathed prior to arrival. Not permitted on beds/furniture. $65 for pet waste in garden. Excess fur/hair charged back to guest.
10:30 am Checkout: load washer w/towels and bath mats add soap, turn on, clean dishes, turn off heat/ac, lock door/windows, key in lock box. Thanks!!

The location of this fresh, clean, and comfortable home was a perfect fit for our needs! Lynn was a gracious host and welcomed us with a hand-written message, bottled water in the fridge, and fresh flowers! We appreciated the off-street parking for our mid-sized SUV. It's a narrow driveway with a retaining wall on one side. It would be tight for a larger vehicle. Our 4 night stay went by too quickly! We'll want to stay longer next time!

Wow!  The views at this place are so pretty.  We were expecting views, but were surprised.  House is super clean - recent remodel? - and beds were comfortable. We spent most of the time in the front yard in the sun and chilling. Back yard was your typical, we loved the firepit and covered living area.  My daughters enjoyed the one bedroom with the Giraff painted by Grace Fisher and also walking to the beach. They provide boogie and some beach chairs/umbrella.

Such a lovely property with spectacular views of the harbor and ocean from the front of the house and literally across the street from a huge park with steps to the beach. We took our morning coffee down what looks to be a surfer path and sat and watched the waves each morning. SO peaceful. I was a little worried about the proximity to the street but we didn't really notice the sound of cars at all. The house is immaculate and well appointed and it accommodated 8 of us really well. The back yard is beautiful and spacious with a fire pit and a hot tub and an outdoor hang out area that is shaded and was a great place for my brother in law to nap after wine tasting. I cannot wait to go back!
