This new and stylish beachy Paradise Retreats loft is located in the carefree West Beach neighborhood. It’s filled with small bungalows and boutique hotels that are just steps from the beach, Stearns Wharf, State Street, Funk Zone, and the Harbor. The Brewhouse, Toma, Jeannine's Bakery, and Chad’s restaurants frequented by locals, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better.

Walls of windows bring maximum light into this airy loft. The spacious Living Room is surrounded by an updated Kitchen and galley style Dining space. A custom breakfast bar and reading nook flank the dining table adding additional seating for larger groups. The Bedrooms are inspired by the coastal modern aesthetic connected by a spa-like Bathroom. A private outdoor deck offers additional lounge seating underneath the -palm trees.

The Lookout sits above The Cottage at West Beach and The Hideaway at West Beach each offering the similarly unique design and amenities. All 3 units of this Triplex are available through Paradise Retreats. Imagine a wonderful family reunion and rent all three!

Great location by the beach!

Cute upstairs unit in a triplex conveniently located across the street at West Beach and surrounded by the Hotel Milo. Beds were very comfortable and unit was nicely appointed. Loved the balcony with the peek-a-boo view of the harbor.

Great place if you’re looking to walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Very comfortable amount of space outside of the bedrooms. Parking space is in a private garage, which is something I hadn’t seen before, very convenient and safe. Would stay again!

West Beach Home, Almost On The Sand

Well thought out floor plan & comfortable furniture make you feel at home. Easy walking distance to the beach & several good restaurants for those times you aren't in the mood to cook. Close access to freeway & other main roads make it easy to get to hiking trails & good bike rental shops.

A fantastic place to stay in Santa Barbara

The Lookout at West Beach is a beautiful property, finished and decorated to a very high standard. It's location is perfect for exploring Santa Barbara and the wider area and it had everything we needed for a super vacation. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and it was very easy to deal with the property agent. Should we ever return to the area, we'd definitely stay there again.

Lookout at West Beach was a fabulous stay. The apartment was just perfectly located near restaurants and shops, close enough to bike everywhere with the provided bikes. Everything one could possibly need was available should one want to cook or BBQ with the fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels including beach towels. 2 minute walk to beach, 5 minutes to State Street. Well recommended - probably the best short term rental we have stayed in!

Great stay in West Beach!

We had a great stay in The Lookout. Everything was clean and as advertised. Very convenient location and it was good to have a garage to park our rental car. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to Santa Barbara!
