Great host and great location close to downtown Santa Barbara and the beach! We walked nearly the entire time we were there and rarely had to use a car. The Mission is also within walking distance to the house. Ideal location for families or couples visiting the area!

This house is beautiful with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining area and a patio/backyard that is completely fenced in and very private. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great, just a short drive to the beach/pier and lots of restaurants/shopping. Amy was a great host and responded quickly. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was seamless. The space was clean and larger than expected based on the photos. The kitchen is on the small side but serviceable (and the space in the main room makes up for that). We really enjoyed our stay! The home was chic, well appointed, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We walked to State Street each night for dinner and entertainment which was about a mile round trip. We will definitely be returning some day!

My husband and daughter were not too impressed when we drove up to our VRBO.But once we opened the door they changed their minds. Great place in SB!

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament with our 2 teen daughters. It was a perfect location to walk to state street each day for a little food/shopping in our downtime. Loved the house- super clean, comfortable with all amenities needed. Area felt very safe as well- we walked at night and had no issues. Loved it!!
