Li Peticurti Bed and Breakfast is a large villa with spacious,
well-equipped outdoor areas, situated in a prime location for a peaceful
stay?away from the hustle and bustle of the most popular tourist
destinations, yet just a few kilometers away from them.

Thepool area is a small oasis of tranquility, where you can take a dip, sunbathe, or enjoy a chat with friends.

The 4-bed room is furnished with a double bed and a double sofa bed, nightstands, a desk, a mini-fridge, a closet, and a TV. It also features a kitchenette and a private terrace. The room includes a bathroom with a shower.

Breakfast, served in a common dining room, includes a generous buffet of sweet and savory items, as well as fresh fruit.

Li Peticurti is located in Cerfignano, a small and charming hamlet of
Santa Cesarea Terme, just a few kilometers from the sea.

Both
Porto Miggiano Bay and the center of Santa Cesarea Terme?famous for its
healing waters and spa treatments, as well as for the beauty of its
small town center overlooking the sea?are just 3 km away.

In
addition, in just a few minutes you can reach the Grotta della Zinzulusa
and the unique beach club with a saltwater pool located right next to
it.

The picturesque cliffs that characterize this stretch of
coastline are accessible at several points and offer the chance to swim
in the crystal-clear, deep-blue waters of Salento.

In just a few
minutes, you can reach the thermal baths, the wellness center, and the
sulfur pool with thermal water, as well as the unique Caicco beach club
with its natural pool carved into the rock.

 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 10pm) and check-out (from 7.00 am to 10.30am). An extra payment of euro 30 is required for late check-in upon request (from 10pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bed and bathroom linen, each 3 days
- Breakfast included from 07:30 to 10:00.
- Shared pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. 
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
