Stay in a newly built (2023) private, one floor unit with contemporary kitchen, hardwood floorings throughout. 2BR/1 Full Bath and 2 queen beds, designated workspace, fully equipped kitchen, with in-unit laundry. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and ceiling fan. Free Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video, Hulu via 65" TV to complement your stay. 180 degree TV mount for viewing from every angle. The house is on a 9,000 feet lot with a duplex in front, this unit in the far back which provides additional privacy. Great location

We stayed here for parents weekend and it’s close enough to walk to campus and also close enough to walk to some stores. The place is small, but just perfect for four people.

"Zen Den" is a very accurate description! Nestled in a clean and quiet neighborhood, it was really nice to come back to a peaceful place after a hectic day at the conference. Everything was clean and tidy, with plenty of space for myself and my colleague to catch up on emails. The location worked very well for us, only about a 12 min Uber from the San Jose Convention Center. There is a bar, restaurant and liquor/convenience store an easy 2 blocks away. Overall great spot - I will be looking to book this place any time I'm in San Jose for a conference!

nice spot but not the cleanest

cute little place, loved the neighborhood, but sheets and places wasn't very clean. For paying an expensive “cleaning fee” the property didn't have at least a clean bathroom nor clean sheets. The shower was gross and i had to clean it myself along with the bathroom sinks. Besides, the cleaning part- everyone one on the property was nice and welcoming.
