Rosamar is a private urbanisation, situated on a beach in the middle of nature between Sant Feliu de Guixols (8km), an authentic fishing village in the heart of the Costa Brava, and Tossa de Mar (10km), also very close to Playa de Aro, a town with fun parks for the little ones, golf courses and a lively nightlife.



Rosamar is like a quiet island in the middle of all the summer hustle and bustle.... You really don't need a car in Rosamar, you can walk to the beaches, restaurants, etc....



The flat is on the second level of the house only 5 minutes walk to the beaches. Only the second floor of the house is rent. It has 200 m2 with great views, 2 terraces, lots of light and space, with completely separate access from the first floor. Additional amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite TV, as well as books and children's toys.

There are also 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots available.

Leider nicht wie erwartet.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 mit 2 Familien dort. 4 Eltern mit Kindern zwischen 12 und 23. Im Vorfeld hatten wir Fragen wegen Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine usw. an den Vermieter. Leider war das nicht so einfach da Ferienwohnung direkt da noch einen Anbieter dazwischen hatte (Hollidu). In der Wohnung angekommen war dann auch keine Klima da (war auch noch nie eine montiert--also nicht wie beschrieben aktuell defekt). Kaffemaschine war da , aber leider auch defekt. Und so waren auch noch viele andere Dinge defekt, wie z.b. ein einfacher Duschvorhang, der kaum was kostet. Die Wohnung ist generell stark renovierungsbedürftig und eine Klimaanlage braucht es hier dringend, da es nachts unerträglich warm war. Fenster mit Einfachverglasung sind nunmal nicht mehr zeitgerecht. Der Ort selbst liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Leider gibt es da nicht einmal einen Bäcker oder kleinen Markt. Die Badebucht ist sehr schön, aber am Wochenende schon zu voll. Am meisten Spaß hatten die Kinder mit den Wildschweinen, die jeden abend vor dem Haus waren.
