Abreise nach der ersten Nacht

Die Kommunikation und der Service der Agentur ist katastrophal. Für uns wäre wichtig gewesen, dass im Vorfeld ersichtlich ist, dass sich die Tür zum Strandzugang von außen nicht schließen lässt. Die Tür ist also offen, wenn man am Strand liegt. Nach weiteren kleineren Mängeln, wie defekten Glühbirnen, Schmutz und den zwei Mitarbeitern, die uns als Gästen die Schuld an der Situation gaben, waren wir froh nach der einen Nacht in eine andere Ferienwohnung zu können, wo wir freundlich aufgenommen und betreut wurden. Ein Fewo Mitarbeiter hat im Übrigen noch versucht ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen der Agentur zu erwirken, da wir statt 4 Nächten nur eine da waren. Bis heute wurde alles, inklusive der Kurtaxe einbehalten und es hat sich Niemand mehr persönlich bei uns gemeldet

Zwei Mal umfallen und man liegt im Meer 😀

Im grossen und ganzen war es eine schöne Zeit. Das Meer vor der Nase kompensiert die lauten Nachbarn (zum Glück nur in der ersten Woche) und ein verschlafenes Dörfchen ohne jeglichen Charme. Man muss schon nach Punta Secca oder Marina di Ragusa um ein bisschen Leben zu spüren. Dem Haus würde ein Tisch mit Stühlen (drinnen) oder eine kleine Couch gut tun, geht aber nicht da der Platz sehr knapp bemessen ist. Die Treppe ist schon fast ein 90° Winkel... Nur nüchtern begehbar 🤣. Küche gut ausgestattet. Dafür hatten wir nur zwei Liegestühle ohne Matratzen, war nicht so bequem. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, Kommunikation über whatsapp funktionierte gut.

Traumunterkunft mit leider einem ABER

Amaryllis ist traumhaft gelegen, genau wie beschrieben, die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren stets hilfsbereit und superfreundlich, alles sauber und tip top. Aber dann: Amaryllis ist Teil des grösseren Hauses Amelia. Am 2.Tag checkten dort Gäste ein und obwohl diese sich nicht sonderlich laut oder unangebracht verhielten war es vorbei mit der himmlischen Ruhe. Sassen diese z.B. auf ihrer Terrasse haben wir jedes Wort verstanden, vor allem nachts. Ich denke, man kann diese beiden Unterkünfte nicht gleichzeitig an Menschen vermieten, die sich nicht kennen. Nach 5 Tagen reisten die Nachbarn zum Glück wieder ab und wir haben den Rest der Zeit wirklich genossen.

Wonderful place at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach only a couple of meters away having a wonderful view over the dunes and the sea. The apartment was very nice and was completely according to the advertisement … simply had a great stay !
