Ático Micaela-Terrace and sea views

The entire space of Ático Micaela has been designed to give our guests comfortable accommodation.

**Location
Accommodation very well connected to the north and south of the island.
*10 minutes walk from La Candelaria Hospital, bus and tram stop
*5 minutes drive to the city center
*In the vicinity there is a typical restaurant, McDonald's, Burger King and gas station
*There is a promenade nearby to walk watching the sea, running and watching the sunrise

**Terrace:
Totally private with beautiful views of the sea and the Anaga mountains. When the weather is clear you will be able to see the neighbouring island, Gran Canaria and enjoy the most beautiful sunrises. The accommodation is not on the seafront and as you can see in the photos there is an industrial estate that has no activity at night.
This space has an outdoor shower with sprinkler and hot water and clothesline. Chillout area with a sofa and two hammocks. A table for 8 people under the shade of a pergola. There is also material for sports.

**Kitchen-Living Room-Bedroom-Work Area:
The interior is open, an open space.
The kitchen is equipped with; hob, mini fridge with freezer, microwave grill, kettle, coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, griddle, toaster, juicer, blender and kitchenware (for babies on request; bottle warmer, high chair and cutlery). The kitchen faucet has no hot water. The bar has a breakfast area with two seats and there is a folding table with capacity for 4 people.
In this space you will find the 30-inch television screen and the chromecast with free access to Prime Video and Disney.

The living room has two single sofa beds for one person each. The measurements are 80x190. These sofas are not available in bookings of 2 people, they must be requested in advance to open them and put the bed linen. With the opening of the sofa beds for sleeping, the living room space is reduced.
For the hottest or coldest days we have portable air conditioning and heating (free and on request).

The bed area has a 150x200 memory foam mattress, a wardrobe with a safe, hangers, an iron, an ironing board and reading lights. From the bed you can see the television screen.
The bed is separated from the living room with curtains.

Next to the bed there is a work area equipped with a desk, reading light, sockets and chair.

**Bathroom:
The bathroom features; shower tray, fixed shower column with shower head and screen, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror with magnification, towels and toiletries. Also from this room there are views of the terrace and the sea.

**Admission and access:
The penthouse has a separate entrance which is accessed by a pedestrian street, inside you will have to climb a staircase of 16 steps. In general, the entrance is autonomous, except when I pick up a deposit when I will be waiting for you to give you the keys and show you the accommodation.

**Free parking on the street in front of the building

**There are no common areas, the accommodation is entire for guests.

**High-speed WiFi, first aid kit, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, griddle, sports accessories, mosquito lamp, beach umbrella, maps and leisure brochures, portable air conditioning, cot, baby bath, utensils and cleaning products, luggage rack and much more.

**Smoking is allowed on the terrace but not inside.

**We offer external staff services for manicures, pedicures, massages, wood therapy, motorcycle rentals, bicycle rentals, excursions and taxi.

**House rules:
-Pets are not allowed.
-Parties and events are not allowed.
-Hours of silence from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the attic, it is only allowed on the terrace.
-Maximum number of guests: four people and one baby.
-Do not move furniture and respect that other people rest on the lower floor.
-Throw away your trash

** "Traveler's Party" :
Upon arrival they will be given the "Traveler's Report" document that I must send to the Ministry of the Interior and which is mandatory.

** Deposit:
Depending on the length of the stay, a deposit of €100 will be requested and will be returned on the last day after checking the house

**Water:
Water taps have a symbol that tells them which way the hot and cold water is on. There is no hot water in the kitchen.

**WiFi and payment platforms:
To connect to high-speed WiFi, you will have the network name and password upon arrival.
The platforms are active and you only need to access the Ático Micaela profile with the remote control.

**Appliances:
To learn how the appliances work, they will have at their disposal the instructions of the appliances in several languages.

Micaela Penthouse is on the top floor of the Las Casas de Micaela building, we are a Canarian family. And we clean ourselves, do the maintenance work and are at the disposal of our guests. You can contact me via instant messaging apps, email, our website, or Airbnb chat.

When the reservation is confirmed, I send them the welcome message and the instructions are sent the days before arrival.

The host is so amazing and so friendly and was always available to answer questions and give suggestions and places to see and restaurant to eat at. The terrace is so beautiful. We spent all our time on the terrace eating and enjoying down time
