With a privileged location in the heart of Santa Cruz, this spectacular penthouse offers the perfect base to explore the city with complete comfort. With WiFi, a spacious terrace, and all the necessary amenities, you'll enjoy an unforgettable stay.
The penthouse features three en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, direct access to the terrace, and stunning views of the city's harbor, also includes a 45" Smart TV. The second bedroom, also with a queen-size bed and air conditioning, provides a comfortable and relaxing space, while the third bedroom is individual, ideal for a private rest.
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and integrates into a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, dining area, and an impressive 70" Smart TV, plus air conditioning. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, the perfect spot to relax or enjoy an outdoor lunch in the pleasant Tenerife climate.
Located in a strategic area, close to the city center, you'll have access to a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping areas. Additionally, its easy access to the highway will allow you to explore the island comfortably and discover all that Tenerife has to offer.
The apartment has an independent kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. It also has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, towels, sheets, as well as a crib and a high chair for the little ones.
The access to the entrance has several steps. There is also a ramp nearby.
