Quiet, modern, close to everything you need

Pros: House is in a very peaceful, quiet location but within easy walk of grocery shops, center of town and waterfront. Is cool, modern and clean with effective AC. House is within easy walk of Hyper Dino (Grocery Shop) in Plaza Jose Arozeno Paredes where you can buy fresh milk. There is a beautiful terrace on the roof for lounging on. House is opposite side of town from main bus station (adjacent il Corte Ingles) where you would arrive if you get the TITSA bus from Tenerife South Airport. It’s a bit of a trek with baggage so I’d recommend a taxi or local bus between the two. Cons: Nothing

I had problems getting in touch with the owner. VRBO supplied a contact number for the owner, but fact it was with the management company. When I reached out to that number nowhere, I had a hard time getting a hold of the owner. Once I did, he was helpful, although neglected to turn off the alarm before I arrived. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. The location is in a nice residential area and a short walk to parks cafés shopping was lovely. The rooftop outdoor space was a great place to have a cuppa coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Het huis en de omgeving heeft alles wat je nodigt hebt

Pros: De woning is super. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt! Van een staafmixer, oven, kruiden, olie, pannen, bestek, schoonmaakmiddelen tot aan een wasmachine. Het huisje heeft twee toiletten wat superhandig is. De douche is heerlijk. Vanuit de slaapkamer kom je het dakterras op. Het dakterras geeft genoeg privacy. Een echte verrijking waar je ook de nodige oefeningen kan uitvoeren. Vanaf de woning kom je makkelijk in het bruisende centrum. Daar zijn genoeg restaurants, barretjes, winkels en uitzichten te vinden. Wij hebben veel met het openbaar vervoer gereisd. De bus stopt op verschillende plekken in de omgeving. Verder is het contact met de eigenaar fijn. Hij reageert snel en duidelijk. De vaatwasser was kapot en dat hebben we meteen gemeld. In overleg met de eigenaar afgseproken om de reparatie te doen wanneer we de woning verlaten. Was helemaal prima. Cons: De buren hebben een hond die vanaf een uur of zeven in de ochtend non stopt blaft. Afschuwelijk omdat zowel de eigenaar als wij er niet veel aan kunnen doen. Dit hebben we elke dag ervaren. Vanuit de slaapkamer kom je het dakterras op. De deur en grote raam heeft geen gordijn. De zon en andere verlichting schijnt constant in de slaapkamer. Dit maakt dat de slaapkamer niet donker is. Wij hebben met een gezichtsmasker geslapen.

Traumhaftes kleines Reihenhaus

Pros: Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und wir haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, die Lage sehr ruhig, auch wenn aktuell (Februar '25) großräumige Straßenarbeiten in der Umgebung stattfinden. Man kann alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichen und José ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es definitiv wieder buchen! Cons: Die Parksituation vor Ort ist schlecht, man findet aber meist in Richtung Hafen kostenlose Parkplätze, die in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar sind.
