Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.L'appartement est bruyant, notamment une des chambres qui se trouve sous la VMC du restaurant d'à côté. Les salles de bains sentent rapidement l'humidité.La cuisine manque d'équipements de base. Pas de mug, pas de bol, pas.de plat à tarte 1 seul couteau de cuisine...En revanche, il est très propre et il est très bien situé, on est rapidement sur la voie rapide et jamais loin des centres d'intérêts de l'île la place de garage est un vrai plus et semble même indispensable dans ce secteur de la ville !
