The mattresses were on top of metal bases that went all the way to the floor and if you accidentally kicked them they sounded like dumpsters being emptied by garbage trucks or thunder. The noise from outside (people parking, going by, etc.) and upstairs was so loud we had to complain. Zero soundproofing. Any painted surface like bathroom door or doors between adjacent rooms were sticky. Don’t know how safe the neighborhood is but the parking lot is next to a marijuana dispensary. The staff certainly tried to be accommodating. Very close to a conveniences.

Overall good stay

Overall good stay. Not super walkable to attractions of town. Seems like here’s some good places to eat near by. Fridge, microwave, Kurig, comfy bed. Cappuccino machine in the office area which was actually pretty good! Very quiet at the hotel. Except one night had a homeless man yelling near by allll night. Other than that it was very quiet and peaceful. Hallways are like severance lol. Left our car in the parking lot for 3 nights and it was safe!

A little gem

Wonderful place with the best price. Clean , kingsize beds ! The rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms could be a little bigger, but the room size compensates the bathroom size. It’s the price of motel 6 with the size and cleanliness of a courtyard marriet . Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a bargain and gets very well impressed!
