Our check in was quick and fast. Our bed was supppppeerrr comfy and the room was in good condition. The room was clean and it was quiet. Personally this place could make a big renovation and this place would be a Santa Cruz 1 stay spot. Lots of on site parking. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Thank to the housekeepers I found my a new Taqueria in Santa Cruz best recommendation ever. Thank you housekeeping!!!!!!!!!!!

Room was clean, but room wasn’t ready for another 20mins after checking in, even though we checked in an hour and a half past check in time. Staff was vague explaining things but ultimately got us everything we needed. Parking was readily available with spots specifically for hotel guests. Didn’t make use of amenities.
