Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at you doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.

This spacious 520 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.

There is a plush and cozy sofa and a large 50-inch HDTV in the living room area. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle. The large bedroom closet has room to store your luggage in. The large dedicated work space has a printer and an internet wall jack in addition to the wireless WIFI network.

Walk outside into the heart of Santa Fe surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, historic churches, museums and more. Grab cocktails and appetizers at the beautiful Los Poblanos Bar North half a block away. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.

Because it is located in the heart of downtown, there can be street activity into the late evening depending on the day of the week and time of year.

This location is as good as it gets for getting around the historic downtown. You can walk everywhere. If you don want to walk and are without a car Uber/Lyft or the Santa Fe City Transit bus are also options.
