Located next to Santa Fe’s bustling Railyard district, and within walking distance to the Plaza, this meticulously maintained three-bedroom, two-bath, single level condo, is tucked off a quiet lane in four-unit compound. The unit has beautiful finishes; diamond plaster, slate floors, granite counters, custom tile in baths, high ceilings and vigas.



LIVING AREA AND DINING

The comfortable living room features a large and inviting sectional couch next to the fireplace, offering a welcoming and ambient space for your group to relax.



KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a home chef with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The large dining table seats six, and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom in the hallway.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The patio features outdoor dining furniture, and a gas grill, making it a fabulous space for enjoying Santa Fe’s famous weather.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

Everything was perfect for our at Casa Don Felix. Everything is well stocked, the beds are super comfortable with high-end linens and pillows. It’s got a really cute Santa Fe, decorations and vibe and we were thrilled to be able to stay.

This house is inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and Altho there is a grill out back, we did not use it. The backyard is peaceful place for a cup of afternoon tea. It is well situated for walking to interesting shops and all the activities we took in. I would definitely stay here again

First of all, Thank You, Two Casitas, for our Welcome gifts of the cookies & tortilla chips with salsa, upon our arrival. Overall, it was a good place to stay with most amenities of a home. For those of us without a garbage disposal in the sink, it might be advantageous if the switch to it, was labeled as such. I don't know if turning it on accidentally has a tendency of it tearing up or not, if nothing was put in it. Since we had a family member that lived in Santa Fe, he was able to suggest a lot of the good eating places, the quaint downtown & park area, as well as direct us to other areas. We weren't sure if it was our responsibility to have the propane tank refilled since it was almost empty before using the grill. Thankfully, no large bugs were spotted, but we did have some show up. Other than these few concerns, I would say people should be able to enjoy their stay here. Thank You.

Great Property in Santa Fe

Great location near Plaza ,Museums, Churches,restaurants. Can easily walk to multiple activites. Property was clean and modern. Very spacious, great kitchen and patio.
