It’s haunted. But we love this hotel because it’s the only safe place to park a UHaul while traveling through New Mexico. This is our second stay here. Very clean. Great staff.

This probably is the best place in center Santa Fe, with best value for the rate which includes the very nice evening reception and breakfast.

Nice, but needs some tweaking.

Sorry. Can’t say the beds and pillows were comfortable. They weren’t terrible, but… Sliding barn door to the bathroom needs some grease! It’s heavy enough, hard to open and noisy. The Drury is usually so nice; need to step it up on breakfast. Room was spacious and quiet.

Room was a bit dirty. Walls were splashed, shower leaked and would flood the bathroom, dust everywhere. Placed us near service elevators which were extremely noisey begining at 5 am. Children allowed in pool area unsupervised, running a mock, splashing guests.

The valet was perfect. I’d of left immediately if it were not for the valet. Never have I been treated worse as an autistic female lawyer by a bar/ restaurant staff. Abusive and I’m currently considering a lawsuit. Horrific. But the room was clean and the valet was super! If you have any type of disability (autism), do not stay here, in fact: run in the opposite direction.

This hotel is in a great location just minutes from the Plaza. You will be greeted by a staff who is welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks are provided which is an added bonus to your trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable and also pet friendly.

The complimentary breakfast and dinner worked out well for me. The dining space is large and enjoyable, same goes for the room. The hotel is near the plaza, so an easy walk for an evening exploration. Many of the stores are closed in the evening, but there was a music event, which kept things interesting. The valet service is quick and friendly, easy.

Not worth the price at all. Stay somewhere else. $$$$ did not equal what the room should have been. Very cramped rooms for a$400 night. Plus $30 regardless if it’s valet or self. Why? Should be half the price or free for self parking. Terrible place. Didn’t like it at all.
