The staff was delightful and treated the guests as if we were guests their own homes. The valet service was excellent, front desk very helpful, the 2nd floor complimentary food and drinks daily a very nice treat! Mark Mitchell was extremely dedicated as was Carlos in The Kitchen. Housekeeping was on it with extra towels and diligent. Helen upstairs was amazing and wonderful to greet us every morning. Outstanding staff available to offer recommendations about Santa Fe or tell a story about the town. Recommend The Drury!

We've never stayed at a Drury hotel before, but after staying there we will look for more of them on our travels. Great service, great room, breakfast, dinner, and location. Five star all the way!

Nice clean property with amazing valet staff who have incredible information if you don’t know Santa Fe well. The new assistant GM is very nice and can be seen walking around asking guests how their stay is and if he can help in any way. Front desk staff could use a little more friendliness, but an overall great stay.

This hotel is worth it.

This hotel is a great choice for visiting the plaza. It has wonderful service and lots of choices. A great home base for visiting Santa Fe.

Beautiful, clean hotel with extraordinary service. Conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. We stayed for their nightly Kickback where we got up to 3 free drinks and some food to eat. Our bartender both nights was amazing and sweet, and her energy was so contagious so big shoutout to her (wish we got her name). Would definitely recommend staying here!

The Drury is a great place to stay. They offer free breakfast and a free happy hour that includes a free dinner buffet. The rooms are clean and updated. I was given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Friendly staff tops it off. Would definitely come back.

High level of service in a mid level hotel.

Helpful friendly staff. Terrific restaurant on site. Managers and or greeters visible and helpful most times of the day. Generous breakfast and happy hour options. The decor is a little tired ie too much brown in the rooms however SF NM is a lot of brown. I would stay there again!

The Drury Hotels have the best hot breakfast. First time stay and love the staff, the room, and what the hotel had to offer. Few days later stayed in Nashville TN. Hotel chain is consistent.
