This property is a gem! Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, ample parking, perfect location to the plaza, shopping and dining options. The beds were delightful and the quiet air conditioning (a big plus for me) kept the room nice and cool. Loved all the flowers and pool area Would highly recommend!

So-so place to stay

We were arriving early and had already called to let them know ahead of time. We asked about getting an early check-in and she replied that was possible. It didn’t happen. We still had to wait a couple hours to get a room. They were slow, uncaring, and not very friendly. You have to pay for parking, no fresh water cooler available in the lobby, just bottled water and drinks for purchase. The buttons/snaps to close up the big gap of the curtain by the door in our room were all broken.

This is the only hotel I stay with in Santa Fe. The facility has recently been upgraded under new ownership and is better than ever. Easy walking distance to the plaza, convenient parking, comfortable, clean room, friendly staff, what more could you want? Oh yeah, all at a reasonable price.

Very pleasant and very close to the Plaza. Remodeling has shortcomings. Shower faucet should be on opposite wall from shower head. No outlet at vanity for hair dryer. Need to ADD. Our provide a secure extension cord or install a wall hair dryer. Of note, restaurant had no yogurt. Very odd.

This hotel is so much cuter than the pictures on the website. The flowers all over the property are beautifully maintained, the pool was really nice, the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were very spacious with extra space to get ready outside of the actual bathroom. Loved it.
