Important to Know Before Booking:
• Outdoor stairs to the yard are uneven in places; please use caution.
• Parts of the main house are over 100 years old, which adds charm but means lower water pressure in some areas.
• The main house uses radiant heat, and space heaters are available if additional warmth is preferred.
• If it snows, please shovel in front of the gate before opening to prevent damage.
• In the guest house, the living room is downstairs.
• The guest house bathroom is accessed through the primary bedroom, though there is small hallway separating the bathroom from the bedroom, thus you do not need to pass the bed to reach it.
There is a 90 degree turn on the driveway with a tall retaining wall on one side and the main house on the other, therefore no RVs, trailers or duallys as they won’t be able to clear the turn.
