We paid for a balcony room n were given a room with a patio with noting for a view. Also the room had no lotion. The restaurants were overpriced. Would not stay again because the rooms are over priced and the facilities are showing age.

First time for us.

The room had an amazing view, but the screen door was torn and off the frame. The wallpaper was pealing and there was visible wear on the back of the desk chair. The shower was lovely, as was the restroom and deck. There is ample storage space in the room. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is fantastic. The towels are well laundered with plenty available. The lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel provided was pleasant. The pools, hot tubs, and splash pad were excellent. The staff are friendly and take good care of the guests.

Not impressed at all. This resort was way out of the way and not at all comparable to other casinos in Albuquerque. If you like the nightlife or like to get out and do things, don’t stay here.

the property is fine, most staff were avoiding or stand off ish except for the restraunt staff. the check in person was unfriendly and avoided any questions about property despite our first time here. signage or lack of it is none. arriving after dark and not knowing which direction to go was confusing!

This is an attractive property surrounded by gorgeous landscape 360 degrees. There is some remarkable bronze statues and display cases full of incredible Native American pottery. Large comfortable lobby for socializing. Signage outside the facility and inside is ‘discreet’ (hard to see) so that could be improved. The desk clerk on our arrival was downcast close to the point of rudeness. The housekeeper on our floor smiled and said hello; she seemed glad to see us and happy in her work. It was a Monday and the restaurant and bar closed before we got back from an event and that was disappointing but perhaps understandable.

Had dinner at the Red Sage restaurant. Mentioned to the waiter that we were there for my wife's birthday...no response, not even a happy birthday. Also told the front desk at check in about B-day and dinner...nada. I ordered the scallops and was informed nothing comes with that dish, but the waiter directed me to the extras on the menu. Price the menu so the presentation looks great. My wife's steak came with sides, soooo? I changed to a steak, but both were average. My wife had a small portion of hers remaining, so we asked for a piece of aluminum foil to wrap. We were informed by the waiter that the kitchen would not give out any foil to the wait staff because they were watching their costs. When he returned with a plastic box he went on about how much a to go box costs compared to a piece of foil. I did not need a lesson on economics after paying top dollar for a very average steak. FYI, my background is in the hospitality industry. I have worked for multiple corporate Sheratons (1500 rooms) and Hiltons (1600 rooms) hotels. Managed Front of house, back of house, F & B, Front Office, Recreation, condo rentals, etc. I only mention this to give some background for my next statement. Staff was trained to never say NO to any reasonable request, and if there was any question about honoring a request, speak with your manager. Make the guest happy period. On the positive side, the waiter in the breakfast room (Jimmy) was great not only to us but to every guest. Even though busy.
