The room did not have tv channel service the cable box or router card was burnt there was no one to fix it at the moment so they changed us rooms to another aisle faaaar away from the first one really not good hotel to stay in

The two gentlemen at reception were very friendly and informative. I enjoyed our interactions. The room was clean and quiet, and everything was in good working order, although the toilet water was constantly running - not good for drought- stricken New Mexico! A very pleasant stay. Thanks guys!

Everything was great, the only complaint I had was, I reserved two rooms and only had one wash cloth in each room with five people having to shower. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Don't bother

Reserved adjoining rooms (due to needing to check on a family member throughout night) and upon arrival were told they changed things around because the person who made the reservation no longer worked there, so we did not have adjoining rooms after all! When we got upset, they said WE were being mean and that we were not allowed to stay there - which was fine as the place was older than the pictures and in an incredibly busy area which was super loud with cars.

The hotel was not secure. There were broken locks leading to the outside of the halls in the hotel. The room itself was clean and neat. However there was and old smell that I assume was in the carpet.

Nice staff but the hotel leaves much to be desired

The hotel smelled like stale Chinese food. My car was keyed in the parking lot. Beds were uncomfortable. Refrigerator didn’t work. We only stayed one night of our 2 night reservation. That being said, the hotel staff was friendly, when there was actually someone at the desk. Needed help with checking out early and had to search the property to find someone. The room was clean, but very dated. The paint seemed to be fresh.
