Good price, okay experience

The issue we had was finding a room that had a working refrigerator due to my wife's perceptions. Apparently thy didn't have many options available. I will admit the gentleman at the front counter was trying to be accommodating by offering us a larger room with a working fridge at no extra charge. Unfortunately the fridge did not work. Another complaint I have is the sheets had hairs on it as if someone got a haircut and went to bed. One night I heard a rodent in the walls that kept me up. Lastly, I'm used to a hotel offering basic things like toiletries and snacks, this place does not. They only have a vending machine that accepts cash only. The staff was nice, I didn't need the space all that much, only to sleep, otherwise I would recommend a newer place.

Other reviews are a lie! Almost left after being there only 2 hours, and we’ve never done that before. VERY BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. Druggies and homeless EVERYWHERE, outside and inside. VERY NOISY. Property itself is very run down. One man was wandering the halls and standing outside of hotel room doors looking in the peepholes. Another guest called the police and was told there was nothing they could do because there was just too much crime. Tried to just sleep because we were too worried to leave the room at night. After the sun came up, we didn’t even shower; we just got out of there- my husband is a clean freak, so that says A LOT. Will never stay there again. We are seriously shocked that Expedia shows this hotel as having a high rating. Do not stay here if you want to feel safe. Also, NO PET AREA if you bring pets. They just expect you to walk around the rocks around the perimeter of the hotel with the homeless and druggies sitting on the curbs- not safe! Not to mention they gave us a room that was already occupied! The other guest was not happy. They gave us a new room, but downgraded from what we originally had. Will never stay there again, and warning everyone what the hotel and area is REALLY like.

Misrepresented don’t stay there

This hotel misrepresented itself 1. The back door was broken and often left propped open making for an unsafe environment 2. The room smelled like someone had smoked a pack of Camels in the room I had to request a new room 3. The new room was barely passable. There were lights that did not work, couldn’t take a bath because there was no stopper, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were unbearable 4. A guest on the neighboring room ranted and railed into the wee hours of the morning and the front desk never picked up the phone when we called 5. The ice machine was broken on the second floor, and the railings were unsafe o. The stairs

The clerk was so accommodating, i reserved a room and failed to double check the date, so of course it was in the future, we haf been traveling 14 hrs and were exhausted He searched until he found a room for us, bc they were booked.I definitely recommend this hotel and will book with them again if in area.The clerk was AMAZING

Many unhoused people in parking lot. Multiple broken doors to enter the property. Front desk was not helpful with describing which door to enter and then another employee proceeded to follow us to our room which made us uncomfortable. Would not stay again for safety concerns.

I had to stay for a couple weeks the end of my contract. It’s very clean great breakfast. My refrigerator wasn’t working and they replaced it with a brand new one. I have nothing but good things to say.

Older, interior corridor hotel. Side door they had us enter was about the worst hotel entry I’ve seen. Room was ok. TV didn’t work until we had them come and fiddle with it. View out the window was of an empty pool with weeds growing everywhere.

Stayed here once before and it wasn’t like this.

Room was missing almost all its furniture. Front desk was rude, bed has poor pillows, room was generally dirty, no refrigerator, TV remote didn’t work, homeless man swinging at bat in the parking lot was pretty menacing.

Every time I left my hotel room, the room key would stop working. I was holding it too close to my phone each time this happened. That is certainly my fault! But get this: I had to return to the front desk 4 times for this reason. I understand that it happened because I was holding the card too close to my phone, but the way the man behind the desk addressed me was the problem. For context, I am a young woman traveling alone across the country. Not only would he stand in the doorway of my room after unlocking it, not allowing me in, he was also repeatedly telling me to “relax” and “chill out,” while simultaneously raising his voice at me. Not a particularly self-aware individual. The next day, which was the fourth time I was locked out of my room, I waited in the vacant lobby, calling them from my own phone with no one there coming to answer it. I had to find a staff only door to knock on to be acknowledged. The same man from the night before suddenly appeared, immediately shouting at me for disturbing him. Then I started matching his volume and he was furious, which in turn required two other staff to calm him down. Just pathetic. To the credit of the other staff, they were so embarrassed of him that I was fully refunded. When I returned to my room to pack up my belongings and leave early, my door stood open and unattended. Creepy and disgusting.

No running hot water just very lukewarm. No hair dryer. False advertisement No safety strips in bath tub Said tub or shower. Can’t even use tub. No plug! Tv doesn’t work No mirror in bathroom No refrigerator in room Air conditioner doesn’t work good. We were hot most of the night! Room 421 very end room of the property Stairwell rails very loose Old carpets in hall way Not remodeled as stated. No chairs in room just chair for desk that’s it! Put us in a room #421 so far at the end of the huge property to look like you’re busy when y’all had very few motel customers! Horrible place!!!! Never again!!!!
