Love the quaint historic vibes of the hotel and that no rooms are alike. The hotel has an awesome bar and cafe in the morning with tons of shops. Plus walking distance to so much shopping and dining. The Luminaria had a fabulous lunch the portions were huge!

Not going to happen again.

The property has resort fees, property fees, parking fees, and I'm sure there are other fees that I didn't run into. I'm not a price conscious traveler, but paying resort fees for nothing in return, as well all the other fees, really feels as though you are not a guest, but as a sap they can squeeze for every possible penny. The food in the restaurant is average, at best, but priced as if it is the finest in Santa Fe. There was a fire alarm during our stay at 6am, and management made NO attempt to reach out and try to make amends. I had to bring it up upon check out the following day at the front desk, and all I got was a proforma "sorry about that". I travel to Santa Fe a couple of times a year, and will be staying at properties that this company does not own.

The hotel was beautiful and quiet. I loved the downtown location for walking, shopping and dining. the Valet parking was top notch, they actually charged our car for us so it was ready to go in the morning. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be back!

Wonderful trip for my family! Easy, beautiful drive up to Ski Santa Fe! After skiing, enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! Nice, short walk to The Shed for dinner! Great Room Service for breakfast. Valet (Ann) was awesome and always greeted us with a smile. Great Weekend All Around!

Expect Something Exceptional.

A visit to Santa Fe takes you back in time. I was looking for just that when I booked my stay at Inn and Spa at Loretto. This beautiful property provides exceptional comfort, with the warmth of old Santa Fe architecture. The staff was really professional and onsite amenities were excellent. Valet parking, great restaurants and wonderful surroundings are just part of the experience. When it comes to location, you can't beat it's proximity to the Old Santa Fe square. I will return soon, because my experience was that good.
