The rooms are clean and great. Bathroom has a nice setup as the tub/shower and toilet are separate from the mirror and sink and closet. Very nice arrangement. Friendly and helpful staff. Great bed, very comfortable.

I love this place so it’s sad that my last visit was not good. First room I could hear everything next door as it was an adjoining room. Ask to make sure yours isn’t. They moved me but the next room heating didn’t work. It was cold so they brought a space heater. Took all night to warm up.

Stayed at the Loretto last year at precisely the same time of year just before Thanksgiving. Was our first stay at the property and had a positive experience. Stayed again this year and was disappointed with some of the maintenance/cleanliness. It is especially bothersome/disappointing when these should be things easily avoided or addressed. We checked in at 4:30 in the afternoon and there was a food try in the hall at the room next door to ours. That tray remained there until the next morning at approx 9:30 when I informed the front desk that they might want to remind it. I’m not sure how many hotel staff must have walked by that tray of old food without making and effort to make it disappear. The hallway and the elevator were both dirty as well. Not significantly awful, but gave the impression that not much care and attention being given to the property. Another property adjacent to the Loretto at which we also stayed had no such issues. I question whether we would return to the Loretto to stay again when other properties might offer better kept accommodations.

Beautiful property, nice pool. We had a relaxing stay. Restaurant is great, the whole place has warm vibe. They have valet service to park car, even charged my electric car overnight, kudos to them. The highlight of our trip is hotel staff. I had lost my ring (gold/diamonds) which I realized after checking out and was really not sure if I lost it in hotel or outside and even lost track of when I lost it. But had informed front desk to look out for it just in case. 4 hours later we get the call - they had found it. An amazing example of above and beyond and a reminder to all that hospitality is not just about making a business run. They have a proper system to manage lost and found - there is a service that can ship the item to you. We are so happy that we had this positive experience and our best regards with the hotel folks.
