Everything! The owner greated us on day one. The staff, the shuttle, the cleanliness, the breakfasts were amazing and the hot tub was nice and clean.. a great lication. They upgraded us with no cost and gave us a little late check out to accommodate our travels. The margaritas were greT too.

My Birthday stay was great my daughter and I really had a fun trip to Santa Fe and loved staying at the The Inn on Alameda. Breakfast was delicious every morning, as well as drinks and food from Joe's Tequila. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Love staying here! With a great price for all the amenities and no issues with staff or using the amenities. Everything was so close to walk to Plaza and other shopping and restaurants but they shuttle was super convenient and always available.

We had a lovely time staying here. They had a lot of convenient services, great customer attention, beautiful clean rooms, and super conveniently located (close to all the main SF attractions but not right in the middle of all the old town chaos). We enjoyed the hot tub all to ourselves in the evening. The included breakfast was pretty good. The price was comparable or better to a lot of other hotels and airbnbs that had way less amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great experience

The staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is excellent. Having the shuttle to the town was a bonus I didn't expect and was very grateful for. Even though we had a car, parking in town was impossible, so taking the shuttle was much easier and very appreciated.
