The accommodations in the house are 'turn-key” (you just need to show up). Casa Anita is well supplied with everything you will need from luxury bed linens and towels, hair dryers, shampoo, body soap, and a kitchen supplied with everything a master chef needs. The immaculate kitchen is tastefully appointed with high-end finishes and appliances. Access to Casa Anita is with an electronic smart dead bolt lock, which will open with your personalized key number.

The hand-hewn beams and Santa Fe charm of Casa Anita are just the beginning of your Santa Fe experience. Casa Anita is situated in a historic neighborhood and surrounded by the unique Santa Fe style homes. Upon stepping out of the gate of the adobe walled courtyard, you can stroll to the Plaza, Canyon Road, the Railyard District, or the New Mexico Capitol Building. Casa Anita is only short walk to the Farmers’ Market and Whole Foods Market allowing you to shop for fresh items alongside residents of Santa Fe. Within a 10 minute stroll you can reach to the Railyard Market or a 14 minute stroll brings you to the Canyon Road galleries or the Santa Fe Plaza. Primary Bedroom Suite -
King size bed with sumptuous modern mattresses clothed in quality pillows, linens and spread. En-suite 5 piece master bathroom with whirlpool jetted tub, double sink vanity and walk-in closet. The master bedroom is appointed with a fireplace and flat screen TV. A french door off the master leads you to flagstone patio.

Guest Bedroom –
Queen size bed with sumptuous modern mattresses clothed in quality pillows, linens and spread. Enjoys the private use of a full bathroom.

Casita Secondary Suite Bedroom –
King size bed with sumptuous modern mattresses clothed in quality pillows, linens and spread. En-suite full bathroom, flat screen TV, kitchenette and french door leads you to flagstone patio.

There is off-street parking for one vehicle, there is plenty of additional on-street parking available on Anita Place. The laundry room includes full size washer / dryer, clothes iron and ironing board. Enjoy three separate patios where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening margarita.
